To solve the problem, the government organized a special group of policemen who can speak several languages like Spanish, English, Italian, German, Japanese, Chinese, etc. They wear special badge in the street, clearly to be identified. They will answer the questions of the tourists and tell them the nearest police station. Just hope one day China also has this useful service for tourists, since there are more and more tourists and more and more thieves!
