Can I sell my apartment before I finish repay the debt?

This is a question for my uncle. He can not speak English, but he needs help! I find this board in this community and hope anyone can tell me something. Thanks in advance!

My uncle bought an apartment two years ago. The apartment costs 500 thousand yuan. Now he still has debts of 100 thousand yuan. He is in urgent need of money now, can he sell the apartment? If so, how?

Yes, he can sell his house. If he asked the credit to buy the house, he could ask help from the bank. But the procedure is very complicated.

Yes. Almost all kinds of procedures in China are not so eay.
