Those white-collars burden much pressure from their work and livings. How to release their pressure? To expose their secrets on the internet is a good choice because no one knows you on the internet. You can express your dissatisfactions about your work, life etc. When interviewed, Li said that she will feel better after writing down her annoyance. Meanwhile, you can walk into other people's heart to see their secrets. What do you think of this? Is it effective? can it release your pressure or not? Does it reflect some social problems?

Perhaps, in the real world, they don't have confidants to talk with. Nobody is willing to be a patient listener who is ready of listen to the ups and downs of their lives.

Have you vever heard of the song The Sound of Silence? The song is quite touching and realistic. " People talking without speaking, People writing songs that voices never share; no one dare disturb the sound of silence." The answer lies in the lyrics.

If you dont feel confident talking to friends then it must be a good way of expressing yourself and releasing the pressure of daily life.

Is there any other good ways to relieve pressure? I also heard that some white collars go to the abreaction rooms to let their bad mood or feelings out by smashing the plates or other furnishings or fighting with each other with pillows. Is it good?
