| I eat improved 'Chinese hamburger' coz I don't put meat in, but vegetable. Something like sandwich plus an apple, or an orange or a bag of milk. |

| Do not agree that coffee is bad, where it is proven that there is antioxidant effect for your body. Just don'y drink too much, coz is it also carry caffeine. :P |

Generally, it is good to drink it after meals. But don't drink coffee after dinner unless you want to stay up at night. Do not drink coffee when your stomach is empty because it may cause stomach cramps. People who suffer from hypertension should not drink too much coffee because caffeine will increase your blood pressure. |

| Amount of caffeine is depend on which coffee bean you are taken. Robusta coffee bean have double of caffeine compare to Arabica.. But, Arabica coffee bean is much more expensive then Robusta. So, most of the instant coffee use higher amount of Robusta Bean than Arabica. |
