How to deal with our breakfast?
This is really a headache for me.
Any one who has a good diet for breakfast ?

Well, you should have healthy breakfast as a good start to the day. Fruit is always good or some people have cereal. Not sure what people have in China. Me? I just have coffee as i dont like eating too early.

Egg, water, bread and some vegetables. That's enough for me.

GUEST17203 we should eat what the body need, body made of protein, body chemistry made from protein.
so we should eat eggs and meats for breakfast/first meal of the day.
each meal start with eggs and meats, after half way, then add other food. eating the way will avoid bloating, which is the main thing cause ache and pain.
supper should eat very little.
