Hui Cai is a traditonal branch of chinese cuisine. It is famous for its pot roast, quick fry and materials of every kind.
This is Yu Yang Dun Shi Shu.

Sorry I forgot to add the Chinese name of the above dish. It is 鱼羊炖时蔬.
And this is Niang Qing Jiao (酿青椒)
Stuffed green peppers are fried and then steamed with chicken soup.

This is Tang Cu Shao Dou Fu (糖醋烧豆腐)
Fried beancurd with carrots, vegetables, red peppers and sour and sweet sauce.

This is Tao Zhi Rou (桃脂肉)
Braised Steaky Pork with Huizhou Glue
Tao Zhi is a kind of special edible glue in Huizhou. It is excreted from peach tree. A very good seasonings to add in dishes.
