The first picture appears to be some type of metal plate cover, or cookery. It is very nicely decorated with an artistic drawing of dogs sitting at a dinner table.

GUEST4356 windenergy: they are rear windows of cars. The first one, like the 3rd one is on the back of a Mini Cooper and is representing a bunch of dogs playing poker (cards anyway); I've seen the original picture before. The 2nd one on the back of a Mazda 3 I believe. I suspect that the guys used a projector from inside the cars on a chilly morning when the windows were covered in frost and then used his fingers to melt the ice and reproduced the image for the projection; so he gets my thumb up for the idea and his patience on making a perishable artwork. But I would not give him cedit for the creation ...although the 2nd and 3rd might be from him, and to be honnest, not that exceptional.
