Power tools in Beijing?

Can someone tell me where I can find power tools in Beijing? There seem to be streets for everything here but I cannot find the street for power tools.

Beijing's biggest power tools market:
500 meters south to Yu Quan Ying Bridge (玉泉营桥). On west side of the street.

Des it have a name? What do I need to look for? I went over there and found a bunch of places that sell furniture and the like but only a couple small shops for power tools. Was I in the wrong place?

Perhaps you can ask the locals around you whether you are in the right place.
