Orphans Spend Happy Summer Vacation

Elementary students of Jilin Orphan School in Changchun, capital of north-east China's Jilin Province, learn the English word for various fruits on Monday, July 30, 2007. Some 600 students are spending a joyful and meaningful summer vacation attending various activities organized by the school.

There is a Children's Village (儿童村) in my hometown. It was set up by a successful farmer enterpriser. It adopts orphants whose parents are in prison or dead. Childrens are also sent to to the nearby schools to receive well education.

Many charities donate money or necessities to them. The nearby villagers also give the children food or clothes.

But due to the poor location, it has not been paid more attention as those in the big cities. It's lucky enough that they are not tortured by hunger and can go to school, not to mention such interesting summer vaction!
