What are the best Restaurants?

Can you guys give me some recommendations for the best restaurants in the following cities:

Shanghai

Huangzhou

Guangzhou

Beijing

Hong Kong

Buget per meal is anywhere between 5 rmb(street?) to 400 rmb. i'm defining "best" in terms of taste and quality of food, though atmosphere and presentation are a plus too.
