1.Can you pls kindly tell us the budget you've settled.

2.How many adults and kids will live in the house or the apartment?

3.Do you have any idea of your company location or kids' school location in Hangzhou?

4.Will the company afford the rental cost or not? Do you need invoice("Fapiao") for account booking?
Will the buget cover everything included(Satellite Tv,Broadban,Mgt Fee,Cable Tv Fee,Utility
Fee,Community furcility usiage fee,gardening fee) if the company pay it?

5.When to move in?Flexible?Fixed?

6.How long to sign the contract?( On basicly speaking, one year contract at least.)
