Dear Sir/Madaam,

I am looking for apartment in Guangzhou. Everywhere in Guangzhou is available.

I will be there at July, 2th.
I will live in Guangzhou only 2 months. I know it is very shot term but my work will be finished in 2 months.
My budget is 2500 RMB exclude electric, water and internet.

I need:

- 1 bedroom with bed, 1 toilet
- Internet (I can pay for internet fee and service)
- washing machine, air condition
- can walk to Subway (not more than 15 minutes)
- save, clean, look new

I do not care about TV, furniture, or kitchen.
