![]() | People who work in the offices are easy to suffer cervical spondylosis, prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, obesity and other illness because they are always sitting in the office and seldom move. After work, they feel very tired and seldom do some exercises. They are also annoyed about this because they do not have time to do exercises. What can we do to avoid such kinds of illnesses? What kind of sports should they take part in ? Do you have any good suggestions? |

![]() | They just need to walk 10,000 steps a day to stay in shape. Walk the stairs in stead of using the lift. Walk to the next office instead of using emails.Walk home instead of using the bus.. Dodger. |

![]() | Yes, very useful suggestions. And before they go to bed, they can do sit-ups on the bed. At weekends, they can do some exercises instead of sleeping or shopping. |
