Nightlife in Harbin, Clothing required in winters?

Hi...
Can any one please tell me about the Nightlife in Harbin... are western liqours avaiable.. ? If so what are the rates for Vodkas and Scotches like Smirnoff and Black Label etc...
Secondly.. What clothing is required in Harbin? I am coming to Harbin for the first time this September for a long stay.

Clothing. It's reall cold in Harbin, generally -20C during the winter.

It begins to snow in October in Harbin generally, when sweaters are needed. Feather Down Clothing, hat, shawls and gloves are a must when outside in the winter. But heat system is very excellent in the rooms, it is not so scary.

they don't say minus in winter ,becease the top temperature in winter is below zero.
may be -30 degree

Harbin is nearby Russia,so it's little simillar as Russia city.just little
