apartment rent in suzhou SIP, close jinji hu lake(western side of the lake), 3 bed room, total 110 square meters, all furniture and rent 4000 RMB per month. And 15 minutes driving way to the suzhou downtown, 5-8 minutes walk to lake side. nice place. rent period not less than half year and over 1 year the rent price will be negotiable.
