A news said that Miss.Zhang, an owner of a on-line shop was sentenced to 2 years' imprisonment. Meanwhile, she was fined about 60,000 yuan. It is the first case of on-line shop tax evasion. As a citizen, you should pay tax according to the laws. This is your obligation.

In my opinion, the government should levy tax on these on-line shops. Meanwhile, the related regulations should be established as soon as possible. These regulations will become a guidance for those on-line shop owners and help them realize that they also need to pay tax.
