Beijing Olympic Games will kick off on August 8th next year. The world is watching China. How will the opening and closing ceremony look like? Is Beijing ready? People hold high expections toward Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Will Beijing surprise or disappoint us? When interviewed, Zhang Yimou, the director of the opening and closing ceremonies, said that he promised that he would not disappoint China and the world.

My friends, what do you want to see at the opening and closing ceremonies, Beijing Opera, martial arts, Confucius, Terracotta Warriors and Horses or something unique and special? Who will be honoured to ignite the torch, Yao Ming or Liu Xiang? Who will sing the themre song?Let us know your expections.

I believe that Chinese culture will be fully displayed at the opening and closing ceremonies. Who will ignite the torch? It is really hard to say. Maybe Yao and Liu can ignite torch together because both are famous athletes. For the theme songs, it is really hard to guess. Perhaps, two or three singers will do it together.
