VIVIANWANG,

You should mention that, in order to participate in live classes, you need to have a microphone hooked up (and working) on your computer. I just tried taking a live class and the moderator couldn't handle chatting via typing script.

Also the user must download JAVA software to participate as well as having a cable and/or broadband internet connection. It's not as easy as it sounds!
