It is now applying the National Intangible Cultural Heritage. If sucess, it would become the first snack among the National Intangible Cultural Heritage. Nanxiang is a samll town in Shanghai. The making skill of Xiao Long Bao have been passed down for more than 100 years. There are less and less people who can make the real one.

GUEST11613	some restaurant steam the bao on top of pin needles lined in steamer. some serve with extream thin long trips of ginger.
