Nanxiang Pork-Filled Mini Steamed Bread (Nanxiang Xiao Long Bao) has been among the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Shanghai in May this year.

It is now applying the National Intangible Cultural Heritage. If sucess, it would become the first snack among the National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Nanxiang is a samll town in Shanghai. The making skill of Xiao Long Bao have been passed down for more than 100 years. There are less and less people who can make the real one.
