Do women have advantages over men in doing small business?

Compared with men, they have several advantages over men in this aspect. First, they are the best listeners. They are not bad-tempered as men. Second, they are more careful than men. In other words, they can pick up details that men usually miss. Third, they can cooperate with their teammates very well. Fourth, they are better motivators and multi-taskers. At home, they need to take care of her husband and children. In their company, they need to accomplish their tasks and works. Fifth, they are more patient than men. What do you think? Do you agree?

Probably, women do not have enough physical strength to multiple tasks at the same.
Physiclly, women are weaker sex and in a vulnerable position. Women are not as energetic as men. Doing business needs to should heavy stress.

Most women are naive and are less sophisticated than the shrewd business "men".
