| I see lots of restaurants offer Da Pan Ji (big plate of spicy chicken with potatos). Some are Sichuan style restaurant while some are Xinjiang style. I wonder where does this dish originally come from? Anyone knows it? Thanks |

| Yes, I believe that Da Pan Ji is a Xinjiang dish. It is not as spicy as other Sichuan dishes. |
