To buy a second hand appartment or a new one?

With the higher and higher price of new appartment, many people choose to buy the second hand ones. They are much cheaper and do not need too much decoration.

But some think second hand appartment are dirty and can not be decorated and designed according to their own ideas.

Then how do you think? Will you buy a new one or a second hand one with well decoration?

I'll choose a second-hand one if there is vague hope for a new one. Yes, I can decorate it myself.

What are prices of apartments (both new and 2nd hand ones) like say in cities like Chongjing, Wuhan or Nanjing? Also whats rental like in these city centres? Is it worthwhile investing in a unit?
