There is a badminton club in Beijing, called Blue Sky Badminton Club. It is an amateur and nonprofit club. Email: bbeshop.com|bbe or 21cn.com|bbeshop

Another club named Beijing Badminton Sports Association TIANYU Club and the email address : Mr.Sun:bbaty.com|yy or Mr.Li:bbaty.com|lfq

I also got the email address from http://www.chinabadminton.com, it is more like an official web of China badminton. I think may be you can try to contact with them.
