On August 28th, Antonio Puerta, the defender of Seville died in the hospital. Last Sataurday, he passed out during the match. It is very sad that this promising football star passed away suddenly. According to the report, Puerta passed out during the matches several times in last year. However, he did not pay attention to this problem.

In history, many footballers died of heart attacks. In September 1st of 2006, MOHAMMED ABDEL WAHAB, a defender of one club in Egypt died on the pitch during the training. On December 5th in 2004, Christiano, a Brazilian footballer playing for a Indian club passed out during the match and finally died. In 2003, Marc Vivien Foe, a Cameroon footballer died on the pitch during th match with Columbia at the Fed Cup. After his death, the Fed Cup was cancelled.

Why do these robust footballers suffer heart attacks? Before entering the club, they all have a strict physical examination. And there are doctors in the club. Such incidents should not have happened. But what on earth make such incidents happen again and again?

Do you know why the Fed Cup was cancelled? Many footballers complain that they have a lot of matches to play, for their club, national team and other Cups and Championships. Tiredness is the killer. Please do not focus on the shinning side. Though they have very high payments, they have to bear high risks. Some even get disabled. Really sad.

I was watching the match on tv when Foe died, it was terrible to see. The cup was cancelled as a mark of respect for the player, how could teams continue after watching someone die close to them.
What it does prove is that regardless of your condition when it is time for you to die then that is it. A healthy, fit person can die at 20 while someone who smokes and drinks everyday can live to be 100.

The higher salary they earn, the more risks they have to bear. That is the commercialized football. Ronaldo, a very talented footballer is often tackled down by the defenders. His knees was once badly hurt.

Sudden death is horrible. Really sorry for the dead.
