In the north it borders Mongolia, in the south the city of Kumul and in the west the Mori Kazakh Autonomous County of Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture. It looks like interesting place and more fun is to see a huge lake like structure seems to be a dam, a satellite pic is attached. Can anyone guide what is this & how to reach there? Charak63

Hi All CTG members,
