In Xinjiang province there is a place Barkol. It looks like interesting place and more fun is to see a huge blue lake like structure: may be a dam, its satellite pic is wonderful. Can anyone guide what is this & how to reach there.

It may be Barkol Lake, an elliptic salty lake in Xinjiang. Very beautiful!

Beside the lake is the pasture where Kazak hold singing fairs every summer.
