If you do a little research, even in this forum you will learn that China does not have or need an immigration policy. The only ways you can work in China is if you are invited to by a company or organisation registered to employ foreigners, are transferred to China with a foreign company or start your own business with a massive investment.

To be offered a job you need to provide a skill which a Chinese worker cannot. Probably the only skill is that of teaching a foreign language if it is your native tongue. Even then you need a degree, TEFL (or equivalent) qualification, and maybe 2 years teaching experience.

Marrying a Chinese women (or man) will allow you to apply for a temporary residence permit which must be renewed annually but you cannot legally work. It is also highly unlikely you would ever become a Chinese citizen.
