Hong Kong to Shenzhen

Is the ferry the easiest way to get to Shenzhen from Hong Kong airport, even for an english person who has never been to china in their life?! Also, how do i get from Shenzhen to the airport?

You can take the ferry to Shengzhen from the Hong Kong International Airport. So many ferries, 3A121 (9:00 am), 3A111 (10:15 am), 3A122 (11:00 am), 3A112 (12:10 am), 3A113 14:30 pm), 3A123 (15:30 pm), 3A124 (17:15 pm), 3A114 (19:00 pm), the departing time of each is listed in the bracket.
Estimated Journey time: 30-40 mins

Don't know from where you want to the Airport. From the Shengzhen, take the K568 (the direct expres bus)to the airport. Every 10 minutes one bus. Only takes RMB20.
"The airport is located 32 km west of the city and a shuttle bus operates between here and East Shennan Rd in the city centre. Shenzhen taxi drivers are notorious for trying to rip their passengers off so make sure your driver uses the meter!"

So i will get the ferry from hong kong airport to shenzhen. Is there a bus from the ferry port to shenzhen airport? Or do i need to get a taxi to elsewhere in the city?

It seems that there is no bus from the Shenzhen Shekou Port to Shenzhen Airport. But if you want to Shenzhen Airport from Hong Kong International Airport, there has the direct coach between the two airports.

In case you have not arrived in Shenzhen and for those that are heading to Luowu, you can take the A43 bus from HKIA to Sheung Shui in HK (HKD28 50 min). From there, take the KCR Train to Luowu customs(HKD20 5 min). This is a faster and cost effective way.

The ferry from HKIA would land you in Shekou, which is a good 1/2 hours ride to the city.
