Drinking more water is much helpful for you to keep thin, but in different time of the day the kind of water varies.

After get up: a bit salty water to clean the stomach.

Morning: lemony water to fasten the operation of stomach and loosen your nerve and improve the work effiency.

Before lunch: hot water to fill the stomach and supply water.

Afternoon tea time: flower tea to restrain hunger and beauty up.

Dinner: vegetable + egg juices.
