 | We are still planning to travel last 2 weeks of Feb and first week of March. If we add another week to our trip making this three weeks in Feb, will the weather be too bad? We were also told many facilities may not be open if we go too early in Feb. Any advice is appreciated. |

| Hi Crosis, it is not very cold generally in China at that time. Yes, the Chinese Spring Festival Holiday usually comes that time, so some businesses may be paused. |

| How long does the festival last? Would it affect major attractions and shopping centres? My daughter is already saving for the Golden Resources Mall as she wants to shop in the largest mall in the world! While in Beijing she wants us to allow her 2 days shopping and then a day at Happy Valley! |

| CROSIS, the Spring Festival in China usually lasts about two weeks from January 1st to 15th on lunar calendar. The Lantern Festival falls on January 15th on Lunar calendar. However, people usually go to work on January 7th (lunar calendar) and most of the shopping centers will open on that day. Do not worry. The Spring Festival in 2008 will start on February 7th and end on February 21st. Hope this can help you. |
