Driver/guide needed in Chongqing

I would like to hire an English speaking driver/guide for one day on September 28 to pick up my parents from one of the cruise ships that morning; take them around sightseeing during the day; and then get them to the airport that evening for their flight to Guilin. Does anyone have any good recommendations for me?
