I am currently living in Xi'an, and might be able to answer some questions that people have. I also have a website documenting my life here.

Hello, G!
I think 3 nights and 4 days just enough.
You not only can visit the famous sites such as the City Wall, the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, the Forest of Stone Steles Museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, he Provincial History Museum, the Great Mosque, and the Forest of Stone Steles Museum, but also can taste and feel the delicate and yum local food, like the Yang rou pao mo, the dumpling dinner, and delicious Muslim snacks in the Muslim Quarter (we call it the "Hui Min Jie", which is famous snacks street in most foreigner's mind).
