Look at it! steamed dumplings? Yes, but the stuffing is different from others. It is the mixture of toufu and pork.

Puning city is my hometown, Puning Toufu is one of our sepcial foods, it is very yummy. If possible, welcome to Puning and have a taste, I think you will like it.

I never liked tofu served in vegetarian restaurants or even the Asian restuarants in the US. In China, tofu takes on an entirely new dimension and I enjoy it.

My favorite tofu dish definetely is jiachangdoufu (家常豆腐) The tofu is deliciously seasoned and very nice and crisp.

How about Ma Po Toufu? Anyone who knows the origin of this dish?
