It seems strange that these countries can find the money to buy this stuff which is expencive but cannot find the money for food and education of it's people.
They then ask for handouts from us.

It seems that they hold the principle that if in order to be safe,you have to have the power to guarding youself from being attacked. So, such meantality urged them to" arm to teeth", despite of the poverty of their people.
