40% Chinese netizens spend most of their weekends in surfing on the internet, over 70% netizens have a certain kind of psychological problems. This is called " Internet Sydrome", said the White Paper on Chinese Netizens' Health Today.

The Chinese Netizens' Health needs to be paid freat attention to. Long-time sitting passively in front of the computer would generate a series of problems: headache, anxiety, insomnia, depression, forgetful, neck and waist aching and over-dependence on the internet. Also, the eyesight and physique would suffer.

Logging on the internet regularlly changed the healthy living habit, which in turn caused a series of illness. How many hours do you spend in surfing on the internet in a normal day?

Wow, Guest 21131,

You sat passively in front of your computer for ten hours in a normal day. How do you feel. Don't you feel dizzy? Do your eyes ache?
