learning german in Guangzhou?

What possibilities are there in Guangzhou to learn german (for a chinese)?

The Goethe-Institute only has a branch in Hong Kong and in Beijing, and except for them, I don't know any options. But I guess, a big city like GZ does offer one or the other class in german?
