F visa with multiple entry

Hi,
I m here in shenzhen on F visa of one year and with Multiple entry.But I m confused in one ting that under the column duration of each stay its written 30days.What does it mean ? It means that my duration of one time stay will b 30days?What,if i want to stay for longer period.?Plz advice.
