Since the Mid Autumn Day is coming, mooncakes can be seen everywhere in China. Howvever, do you ever see these mooncakes? They not only have beautiful shapes but also taste good.

No.1

Bingpi mooncakes. Usually the stuff inside the mooncakes are salty yolk and some nuts. However, the stuff of the Bingpi mooncakes is different. They are edible birds' nest with sweetened bean paste or chocolate. It must be very delicious.

Mini mooncakes. A box just contains 8 mini mooncakes which have different stuff: meat floss, sesame, bean paste or pollen.

No.3

Hello Kitty moon cakes. It has five flavours: orange and lemon, dark plum, sea weeds and hawthorn. It is good for those who want to lose weight.

No.4

"My mooncakes". This is the most unique. On the surface of the mooncake is written ' 我的月饼' (my mooncakes) using the chocolate instead of ink.

No.1 is not delicious. Why? The stuff is very good. Birds' nest with sweetened bean paste or chocolate. I like them. But I do not know what is Bingpi. Anyone knows?

I tasted exactly the brand in the no. 1 pic, it's chilly kind of sweet sticky pastry like those of Japanese cake with all sorts of fillings of the western cakes, exactly like the junk food in that store called Aji Ichiban, except it;s chilled. Of they insist it's a mooncake... i'm going to get a haagan daz mooncake.
