They are usually built at the joint of countryside and suburbs, and charges much lower than the normal. These houses do not protected by the present law and thus you will has no property right once you own it. In Beijing, these kinds of houses are prohibited under particular regulations. But people still discuss heatly about them. Some say these houses should be protected, so the bubble of the real estate can be released. Some say these houses have invaded the land of counryside and should be abandoned. So my dear friends, have you ever heard of them? or experienced such kind of issues in your country? And what do you think of it? would you buy them?
