 | Hi There, Welcome to Beijing! Have you ever found that it is difficult to search short term apartment in Beijing? And it is also quite hard to rent apartment as Daily, weekly, monthly in Beijing. So you have to check in Hotel, but the price is higher and not suitable like a home. Normally in Beijing the owners prefer rent their property to long term tenant, because they have to pay commission to the agent, if the tenants always change in one year, they have to pay more commission to agent and they have to afford the vacancy rate.
