A report said that foriengers who can't speak Chinese in Beijing during the Olympics can call 122 for police's help. 122 will offer English service for those who don't know Chinese at all.

I wish they had this service running all across the mainland and even after the Olympics.
...at least long enough for me to lear enough Mandarin.
