Best time to visit Harbin

Hi, have anyone been to Harbin b4? When is the best time to visit Harbin so to enjoy the Ice Festival. Am planning to go in Feb'08 during chinese new year period but do not know whether the Ice Festival last till then. Appreciate your advice.

Hi, JANTEOSARAH, The Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival usually starts from December and lasting for about one month. So you should go there earlier. Here is a useful link to let you know more:
