Have you tasted the mutton shish kabob? Do you know where it originates? People say that Xinjiang mutton shish kabob tastes very good and generally is regarded as the hometown of mutton shish kabob? Is this true?

I like it either. It is true, the Xinjiang ones are the best.

I never heard it came from xinjang, always believed it came from Turkey... Anyway it is good no matter where it comes from mediterranean countries or from Xinjiang ;)

E, it is not from Turkey. The news I read says that it was actually made by Han people. Can you believe it?

Could be but now the specialists about it are Turkish people ;) haha funny if it is the case, I ll take a look to my Encyclopaedia.
