The fund will be used to wage the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.There is an one-third increase from the amount requested earlier this year. Some interest groups protested against the request. |

![]() | $190billion dollars?? wow, that buys a lot of oil nowadays. Couldnt the yanks have just bought the oil instead of invading to help themselves? would have saved a lot of time and human lives. |
