Health care in Changsha

My wife and I together with ou son plan to move to Changsha for business. We are wondering how health care quality can be regarded in Changsha. Are there international hospitals (at least English speaking). As we expect a baby, our special interest is whether there exist international maternity rooms.

Has anyone had experience with health care and especialle maternity rooms in Changsha?
