What do you think of Yunnan cheese?

I tried some Yunnan cheese while I was in Dali, thought it tasted great. What is your opinion of it?

Had 2 different types. on a stick and fried with sprinkle of sugar.
For anyone who hasnt tried it the taste is similar to blue cheese in the west.

Dave, I searched it in Google and found some information about it. It should be called 乳扇 in Chinese, which is very famous in Dali. Here is another photo.
