| Today is National Hypertension Day. Hypertension is a kind o chronic disease that can cause myocardial infarction, Heart failure and chronic kidney disease. This disease has become a big threat to our lives. Here recommend six eating habits to prevent the high blood pressure. No.1 Eat less and less salt (below 6 grams). No.2 Eat more vegetable oils and avoid the animal oils. No.3 Control your absorption of sugar and do not eat too full. No.4 Eat more proteins poultry and muscles. Do not eat animal's guts and fat. No.5 Eat more fish because it contains more proteins and fatty acids which can prevent arteriosclerosis. No.6 Eat more fresh fruits which contain kalium, magnesium and calcium. Hope it can help to curb the high blood pressure. |

| And best of all no mention of chocolate. The list is thorough and comprehensive and I have read it 54 times and the word chocolate just aint in there. |

| Dave, thanks for your complement. I know that chocolate has the power but not all kinds of chocolates. Only the dark chocolate does. But take care yourself, not to eat too much. Paul, drinking alcohol moderately is good for your health. But do not be an alcoholic. |
