Giving help to learning English in Sanya

My ‘other home’ is in California and I'm a semi-retired engineer with a technical teaching degree. I’m originally from Europe, so I speak English with a slight accent. I don't speak mandarin but I've been in China many times and I'm reasonably familiar with life here. As I have a lot of time in my hands, I'm wondering if someone can point me to a ‘formal path’ in finding people wanting my help with learning English. GM

I've been already in Sanya for 10 days and I love it. I am from Spain and can speak some Chinese already, but not fluent. Thanks Amador
