In 2007, the number of the billionaires has reached 108 from 15 in last year. About 800 have been engaged in Hurun's China Rich List this year. It is reported that Yang Huiyan is the richest in China, who has gained 17.5 billion US dollars from her father, a property developer. The six of the ten most richest people in China engage in the property market. On the other hand, the surging stock market have created many billionaires. What does this suggest? The stock market and real estate market can create billionaires. But I wonder whether the bubbles are hidden behind the prosperity.
