Purchase prescription eyeglasses/massage for woman

I plan to purchase eye glasses in China. Would they be less expensive in Beijing or Guanghou? Can you give me an idea as to the price?

Also, where would it be safest for a woman to get a message -- Beijing or Guanghou? Can you suggest a location and what the price would be?

When I was in Guangzhou my cousin bought some prescription glasses that ranged from 100RMB - 250RMB depending on various things that were needed. One thing I will add is that the craftsmanship is not as good as lets say... lenscrafters and neither is the technology. But if cheap is what your going for, you will definitely satisfied.

What I had to say is just from my experience and views from this one particular optometrist that my group went to. My comments absolutely do not represent all vendors as a whole, I would suggest you take what you hear from others with a grain of salt and find out on your own when you do get there. I found that what I have heard from most people to be true of the questions that I ask but then again there were those that were incorrect. Again I hope you don't make the decision solely on what you hear. There were many eyeglass outlets in Guangzhou so see for yourself because you may miss out if you don't follow your own path.
